Supplemental California Privacy Statement

This Supplemental California Privacy Statement (“Statement”) contains disclosures about our information practices that relate specifically to California residents. If you are a California resident, please review this Statement in addition to the Power Wizard Privacy Policy.

To provide California residents with products or services that they request from us, we collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household (“Personal Information”). Internet or other similar network activity. Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with a website, application, or advertisement. Inferences drawn from other personal information. Profile reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. Sensitive personal information. Personal information relating to a consumer that reveals:

  • Social Security number, driver’s license numbers, state identification card, and passport numbers;
  • financial account, debit card, or credit card numbers in combination with required security or access codes, passwords, or credentials allowing access to an account;
  • account login in combination with required security or access codes, passwords, or credentials allowing access to the account;

precise geolocation (i.e., information used or intended to be used to locate a consumer within a geographic area equal to or less than approximately 1/8 square mile).

Retention of your Personal Information

The personal information we collect will be retained as long as needed to provide services to our customer. We will also retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your California Privacy Rights

Please refer to our description of privacy rights that may apply to you under “Your Privacy Rights,” where you also can find information about how to exercise your privacy rights. In addition to these rights, California law provides you the right to:

  • Opt-out of our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration (“sales”);
  • Opt-out of our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for cross-contextual behavioral advertising (“sharing”);
  • Limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information, so that we may only use it for certain internal purposes.

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price or rate, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services on account of your decision to exercise any of the above rights which may apply to you.
