She also plays a vital role in developing and refining customer-focused content that helps customers make informed energy decisions. Passionate about the evolving search landscape, Christine focuses on improving how consumers discover, evaluate, and shop for energy online. Outside of work, you may find her traveling, spending time with family, or playing pickleball.

During his time at a prior agency, Luis worked on accounts for Chariot Energy, Just Energy, Energy Texas, and other notable companies. His expertise in digital strategy and content development continues to support Power Wizard’s growth and industry presence.

Philip Huynh brings a strategic and results-driven approach to marketing. While newer to the energy sector, he brings 5 years of experience in content strategies for enterprise brands across healthcare, manufacturing, home services, SaaS, e-commerce, and B2B industries. He is driven by a love of building systems, processes, and solving puzzles. His natural curiosity and commitment to continuous learning have aided his successful transition into the energy industry, where he continues to drive innovation in the energy market. At Power Wizard, he contributes to developing and optimizing digital content to improve the user experience and support informed energy shopping decisions. Outside of work, Philip enjoys fitness, travel, trying new restaurants, and being a proud parent to a cat and a dog.

Backed by over 15 years of experience in marketing and product management in the retail energy industry, Alfred Poindexter is highly experienced in developing innovative products and services that enhance the customer experience. Before joining Power Wizard, he worked with established organizations within the retail energy sector, including NRG, and supported Power to Choose initiatives through an outside agency. Through these experiences, he gained valuable insight into customer behavior and preferences. With additional expertise in user experience design and web application development, Alfred helps Power Wizard design new technologies and websites that make it easier for customers to access important information. Outside the office, Alfred enjoys a variety of hobbies that fuel his curiosity and creativity, like building complex LEGO sets, watching cinema, and exploring the outdoors.

Throughout her 11-year marketing career, Christine has worked for companies such as Chariot Energy and Just Energy, which helped her gain valuable firsthand knowledge of consumer behavior and needs. The aspect of marketing she enjoys most is creating engaging content across social media, email, and articles that captures the customer’s attention and strengthens brand connection. Beyond work, Christine enjoys spending time with her dogs, Pearl and Jax.
